  2. If you want to define a set of attachments for each recipient

Important Instructions:

  • For the salutation cell, just type your preferred salutation (say, Dear or Hi or Hello, etc) without including the name which will automatically be picked from the names specified against the emails
  • Critical -the file path name SHOULD NOT be in double quotes! (Tip: To get the path, while holding down the SHIFT key, right click on the file and choose Copy as path)
  • Signature -the email signature need to be set up in your Outlook Desktop. While on Outlook, click on File >>>Options >>>Mail >>>Signatures… and then customize the signature as required
